Travel and Arrival
- Evening (Mumbai): Depart from Mumbai by overnight train to Hosapete (Hospet). Several trains like the Mumbai CST – Hubballi Express (17317) or the Mumbai LTT – Hubballi Express (17318) are available, with the journey taking approximately 12-15 hours.
- Evening/Night: Board your train from Mumbai.

Day 2
Exploring Hampi’s Ancient Wonders
- Morning:
Arrive at Hosapete (Hospet) railway station. Take an auto-rickshaw or taxi to your accommodation in Hampi (around 13 km). - Morning/Afternoon:
Begin your exploration with the Virupaksha Temple, one of the oldest functioning temples and a significant landmark in Hampi. - Afternoon/Evening:
Head to Hemakuta Hill for panoramic views of the ruins and sunset. Explore the various temples and ruins in the surrounding area, including the Hazara Rama Temple and the Lakshmi Narasimha Temple. - Evening:
Enjoy dinner in Hampi bazaar and experience the local cuisine.

Day 3
More Ruins, Riverside Views, and Sunset
- Morning:
Visit the Vijaya Vittala Temple, famous for its iconic stone chariot and musical pillars. - Afternoon:
Explore the Queen’s Bath, a royal bathing complex, and the Lotus Mahal, known for its unique architectural style. - Afternoon/Evening:
Enjoy a relaxing coracle ride on the Tungabhadra River, taking in the scenic views of the ruins from a different perspective. - Evening:
Enjoy a final sunset view over the ruins before heading back to your accommodation.

Travel Back to Mumbai
- Morning: Depending on your train schedule, you can explore any remaining sites or revisit your favorites.
- Afternoon: Depart from Hosapete (Hospet) by train back to Mumbai.
